| ⚜ CLERIC PRAYERS TEMPORAL ◆ Druidic Spells The cleric adds four druidic spells to their permanent spell list — one spell from each spell level 1st through 4th. The specific spells are chosen when this Prayer is acquired and cannot be changed afterward. ◆ Voice of the Living World The cleric gains Speak with Animals or Speak with Plants as a permanent spell-like ability (choose one at acquisition). This ability can be used at will with no spell slot expended. From 10th level the unchosen version also becomes permanent. CELESTIAL ◆ Earth’s Constitution +1 to Constitution permanently. Additionally the cleric gains +2 to saving throws vs. poison and disease — Terra’s earth purifies those she favors. ◆ Earth’s Embrace When the cleric casts Cure Light Wounds while both the cleric and target are touching natural earth or stone, the spell heals an extra 1d4 HP. Terra’s power flows up through the ground. EMPYREAL ◆ Bounty of the Earth Once per week the cleric may bless a field, garden, or food store. Crops yield double for one season. In a combat context this prayer can bless a group’s rations — all who eat the blessed food heal 1 HP per hour of rest for 24 hours. ◆ Root and Stone When the cleric casts Hold Person, the ground itself assists. The target’s feet are seized by earth and root — held creatures are considered fully restrained (not merely held) for the first 2 rounds, making them automatically hit by melee attacks. ETERNAL ◆ Mother’s Shield When the cleric casts Protection from Evil at 12th level or higher, the protection extends to a 15-ft radius around the cleric rather than a personal ward, covering all allies within range. Terra’s protection does not abandon her children. HIERARCH ◆ Birth of a New Age Once per month the cleric may cast Raise Dead without material components and without a chance of failure. The raised creature is restored to half HP rather than 1 HP. Additionally the cleric may bless a woman to ensure a safe and healthy birth — this is Resurrection applied to the beginning of life rather than its end. ★ PALADIN / AVENGER ◆ Lay on Hands (Terra’s Paladin) [Paladin · Passive] Standard Lay on Hands ability. Paladins of Terra gain Speak with Animals as a permanent spell-like ability from induction. They are sworn to protect all living creatures and may not knowingly harm non-hostile animals or plants. | ⚔ FIGHTER PRAYERS (9th level+) TEMPORAL ◆ Earth-Touched The fighter gains +2 to saving throws vs. earth and stone-based effects (cave-ins, petrification, tremors) and cannot be sunk into mud or soft ground (they always find firm footing). Terra marks her champions with stability. CELESTIAL ◆ Stonehide Once per day for 1 turn the fighter’s skin hardens like stone: +3 to AC and damage reduction 2/— against physical attacks. Movement is reduced by 10 ft. Requires contact with natural earth or stone — cannot activate while airborne. EMPYREAL ◆ Unmovable Once per day for 1 turn the fighter is immune to being knocked back, tripped, grappled, or repositioned by any force. While this is active flanking attackers receive no flanking bonus. The fighter cannot voluntarily move from their position. ETERNAL ◆ Living Fortification The fighter gains +2 to AC permanently. Additionally the fighter can identify structural weaknesses in any stone construction by touch (1 round of examination) — they instinctively know the load-bearing walls, hidden passages, and weak points of any masonry structure. HIERARCH ◆ Avatar of the Unbroken Earth The fighter becomes immune to instant-death effects. Any effect that would kill them instantly instead reduces them to 1 HP. This triggers once per day. Terra will not permit her greatest champion to die from a trick. |
