| ⚜ CLERIC PRAYERS TEMPORAL ◆ War-Blessing When the cleric casts Bless immediately before or during a combat, the bonus to attack rolls increases to +2 (instead of +1) for the first round of combat. Vanya demands victories, not patience — the opening strike is sacred. ◆ Pride of the Victor The cleric may cast Bless on a single creature who has just dropped an enemy to 0 HP as a free action (no action required that round). The Bless lasts 2 rounds. CELESTIAL ◆ Vanya’s Iron Will When the cleric casts Cure Light Wounds on a creature at 0 HP or below, the target immediately stands and can act on their next turn at full capability. Vanya does not permit her champions to lie in the dirt. ◆ March of Conquest The cleric may cast Bless at triple its normal radius, but the effect applies only to attack rolls — not to saving throws. This represents Vanya’s blessing of martial aggression rather than general divine protection. EMPYREAL ◆ Surrender Is Forbidden When the cleric casts Hold Person, creatures who would normally be held may make a second saving throw if they are Lawful or have sworn an oath to Vanya’s order. Success means they shake off the hold with a surge of martial willpower. The cleric may choose to waive this benefit for friendly targets. ◆ Victory’s Price The cleric may reverse Cure Serious Wounds to inflict a Wound of Pride — the target takes damage and must save vs. Spells or suffer -2 to attack rolls for 1d4 rounds as Vanya’s judgment strips their confidence. ETERNAL ◆ Conqueror’s Rite When the cleric casts Quest, the compulsion cannot be resisted by creatures of 7 HD or fewer regardless of saving throw — Vanya’s command is absolute. Creatures of 8+ HD save normally. The cleric must publicly announce the terms in the name of Vanya’s order. HIERARCH ◆ Field of Dominion The cleric may cast Prayer at triple the normal radius. Within this extended radius, enemy saving throws against all divine spells cast by the cleric suffer an additional -2 penalty on top of Prayer’s normal effect. Vanya’s supremacy on the battlefield is total. ★ PALADIN / AVENGER ◆ Heldannic Crusader (Avenger Path) [Avenger · replaces standard Bless] Avengers of Vanya receive Vanya’s March of Conquest (Celestial rank) as a starting ability regardless of level, because Vanya’s church requires all inducted champions to know this rite before they are blooded in battle. They also may not cast healing spells on willing enemies, even those who surrender — Vanya does not heal the conquered. | ⚔ FIGHTER PRAYERS (9th level+) TEMPORAL ◆ Iron Oath The fighter declares a target as the focus of Vanya’s judgment. Against that target for the entire combat, the fighter gains +1 to attack rolls and cannot be affected by morale-breaking effects (fear, confusion, charm) while within melee range of them. CELESTIAL ◆ Conqueror’s Surge When the fighter drops a foe to 0 HP in melee, they may immediately move up to half their movement rate (without provoking attacks of opportunity) toward another visible enemy. This movement does not count as their standard movement for the round. EMPYREAL ◆ Vanya’s Demand Once per combat, the fighter may ignore one failed saving throw — they succeed regardless of the roll. Vanya will not permit weakness to compromise her champion at the critical moment. This may not be applied to saves against death effects or instant-kill abilities. ETERNAL ◆ Living Weapon The fighter’s attack bonus against all opponents improves by +2. This is a permanent passive bonus — Vanya’s unending demand for martial excellence sharpens her champion beyond normal warrior limits. HIERARCH ◆ General of the Faithful Once per day, the fighter may make a Rallying Command. All allies within 60 ft who can hear the fighter immediately regain their full movement rate (if slowed), are freed of fear effects, and gain +2 to attack rolls for the next 2 rounds. This is not a morale effect — it is Vanya’s divine command transmitted through her general. |
